I have never been one that believed in PT. I’ve been referred numerous times through out the years, but often stopped going after just a couple of visits because it didn’t seem like anything was changing. I came into Benchmark with the same mindset. I’m glad to say I was completely wrong. The team here is fantastic and patient with each person that comes in. Thomas is incredibly passionate about his work and would take the time to explain everything to me in detail to ensure I understand why each exercise mattered to helping me get back to normal. I enjoyed every visit to the office and even opted to continue going until insurance just wouldn’t let me any longer. Benchmark is the place to visit if you need any physical therapy in the Auburn-Opelika area.

Thomas, Cassidy and Matt are professional, competent and personable. I can't imagine how my physical therapy would have turned out without the staff at BenchMark. Thomas and the staff were very instrumental in getting movement back in my shoulder. They performed exercises that increased my left shoulder's mobility and reduced my pain! I'm a lot better now. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful experience with Thomas and the entire team at the South College location. Whether I was the first one in the door in the morning or the last one out in the evening, everyone in the office was always friendly, supportive and genuine pleasure to work with. Thomas is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, thoughtful about the treatment plan, considerate of patients' needs and concerns, and just an overall great therapist. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone I know and I very much appreciate the fantastic work they all did to help me get better!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. With their PT and exercise regimen I was able to regain full shoulder mobility and relief from upper back pain in the shortest time than I imagined. I highly recommend. Thanks, Thomas, Brittany and team.

Thomas, Cassi and Matt are amazing! They made the process of healing comfortable and safe. You can tell they truly care about your progress and each of them take the needed time to focus on the areas of opportunity. I would definitely recommend this specific location for anyone needing a physical therapist that care. I tore my Achilles back in November and Thomas took me in and welcomed me in as one of their own and got me back on the court a month and a half ahead of schedule. I would most definitely recommend this Benchmark location

Thomas is one of the best physical therapists I have been to. I had extreme neck and back pain and he explained each exercise clearly and the benefits of each! I will highly recommend him to anyone who needs a physical therapist! And Brittany helped as well. Thank you so much , Thomas, for helping with my pain!

The staff was amazing! My physical Therapist Thomas made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me so I understood. This was only my first visit but I have high hopes I will leave there with no more back pain! I highly recommend this office!
